Now, I’m going to talk about rewards. Yeph, REWARD!

For me, reward is not the essential thing in terms education. Yet, It works greatly to improve students interest in learning something.

Well, Before I talk to much.. I’ll use Ss as my breakthrough to call “Students”.

When I give my Ss reward, It’s like a gratitude for them in UNDERSTANDING the material rather than getting excellent SCORE. As long as they are honest with theirselves, they’ll get it. How do I know whether they are honest or not? When you’re an educator or a teacher, you’ll know it naturally. ^.^

So, what kind of rewards do I usually give to Ss?

I usually give pen,snack, pencil and STICKER.

Sticker is the most favorite rewards for me?

FOR YOU? Oh, come on! Rewards are not for you. They are for SS.

Hold on, guys. Hihhi..

I like sticker because I can use my creativity on it. Ssssttt.. I like to imply some advices there.

The students who are not good in English, will be curious about the meaning of the sticker. How do I know? After  She got the sticker, She asked the meaning to her friends in the classroom. Did She and her friends understand it?

A lil bit. Ahahaha. :)))

They asked me, Ini artinya apa Miss Fina?

I asked them,” Please repeat after me....
             
      "..Miss, What does it mean? 
      Can you tell me in Bahasa Indonesia?”

After they repeated it, I told them one by one what the stickers’ words meaning.

They repeated it on and on and on. They, They wrote it their facebook account!!!!

What a good learning is it! ^.^
